| Drum test of Superior 2.0 - with Roland TD-12 |

A quick improv to show a small part of what Superior Drummer 2.0 can do, along with a Roland TD-12 kit and a computer midi interface (M-Audio 192). This was played straight into Ableton live and not fiddled with in any way - the snare was the GMS 13" piccolo, hats were from DFH Superior (14" Zildjian 1960s A's) and the kick was the 22" GMS with plastic beater (plus some compression and EQ).

Hey everyone, This is part 1 of 3, of a drum review of the Roland TD12 electronic drum kit. I will not be demonstrating any of the sounds or kits this beast has, but if you would like to hear it, check out my other videos and Johnny Rabbs demo he did from NAMM. I DO NOT work for Roland or am an expert on this gear, i has done my best to show people at least the basics of what this kit has to offer and hopefully explain or answer any questions or queries you guys may have on it. | Roland TD12 V Drums and Analog sequencers (HQ stereo) |

Controlling my Roland TD12 V Drums module from my Roland System 700 and System 100 analog sequencers. The control voltage outputs from my sequencers are fed directly into the trigger inputs on my TD12. All output voltages are 0 - 2 vdc, including the hihat foot controller signal. The snare and crash signals are going to the rim and edge inputs respectively. As you can see, this works remarkably well with no modifications to any of the instruments.
