THIS SEEMS TO ONLY WORK FOR THE 8GB IPOD TOUCH!
Download the Jailbreak

To get the 1.1.3 Software Package for free, add
the Official TouchHax.com Repository to Installer
once you jailbreak it:

The latest and greatest method to jailbreak the
1.1.3 iPod Touch firmware. It takes less than a
minute and works great! You CAN install the iPhone
applications for free with this method just like
in any other 1.1.3 jailbreak.
I was on Windows Vista Home Edition and iTunes 7.5
when this was done.
Fix Your iPod Touch if you tried this with a 16
GB...
1. Make sure iPod Touch is completely off.
2. Hold down the "Home" button.
3. Plug in your iPod (continually hold the "Home"
button down and make sure that iTunes is open)
4. iPod should show up again in iTunes and then
restore it
The infamous BSD root system error has been
plaguing many users who have tried this jailbreak
on the iPod Touch. It seems like there is a 50/50
chance you might get this error. If you do, just
restore and try it again or go with a different
1.1.3 jailbreak method. Your iPod/iPhone will NOT
be permanently "messed" up. This error is most
likely from the fact that this jailbreak was
originally developed for the iPhone. I DO NOT have
the solution, nor does anyone in the hacking
community, at this time.

When you tap on the customize app make sure it

Make sure you enter your serial number exactly as

Yes I know i say weird stuff and that there are
birds in the background.
I suggest this method (1.1.2-1.1.3) becuase the
1.1.1-1.1.3
is glitchy. Also I don't recomend upgrading to
1.1.4
(you'll need to get more random files to make
stuff work),
but you can if you really want to. This erases ur
ipod/iphone btw.
Just put ur music back on afterwards.
1.1.1: go to http://www.jailbreakme.com
(on your ipod)
click install appsnap
your ipod should download and extract a file...
then it crashes
(if Safari crashes but doesn't download, just
download it again)
ok go into the new installer app and install BSD
Subsystem
under sources
then add the source http://i.10vn.com
This will make a new folder in the install
list.(i.10vn)
open the folder and install Oktoprep.Ipod
crashes.
then "shift" UPGRADE to 1.1.2

1.1.2 Run the Windows or Mac jailbreak

(Make sure you extract the file in it otherwise it
wont work)
once again your ipod will crash (a couple of
times)
Install BSD subsystem again.
Now add this source:
http://ijailbreak.com/repo.plist
Navigate to the folder and install the 1.1.2 to
1.1.3 upgrade.
AT THIS POINT YOU MUST HAVE AUTO-LOCK SET TO
NEVER.
Go to home screen and click the new icon.
leave your ipod alone for awhile untill you get a
message
sumthing like this:
"This is finished. If there is no spinning cog
restart
manually in 10 mins. If cog just chills there and
nothing happens,
restart manually.
After restart, you will now be on FW 1.1.3. YAY. U
MADE IT.
INSTALL BSD Subsystem.

sources and will make your
refreshes take 4ever, but its got everything so
get it anyway.

install BossTool after getting the ipodhackz
source. Then click
the relocate fonts, and apps if you want to.
