MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski refuses to talk about
Paris Hilton as a *Lead Story* on the Morning Joe
show. Perhaps more people in the media & news
outlets should TAKE her example and STOP propping
up worthless news as LEAD stories. The public
deserves a little more respect than to be fed
gossip and 'filler' material disguised as NEWS. A

course - the overwhelming majority in favor of the
stance by Mika Brzezinski. Not staged, partially
staged or all about staged... this brings forward
a solid point: Gossip stories are not News, let
alone Top Hour news on a major broadcasting

MSNBCs Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski talked
with John McCain about the accuracy of his
campaign advertisements. McCain replied, I know
youre a supporter of Senator Obama, if you would
urge him to come and do town hall meetings with me
as ive asked him to do time after time, the whole
tenor of the campaign would change.
Brzezinski took exception to being labeled as an
Obama supporter and reminded McCain that her
brother works for his campaign.
