Suspects Appear in CourtThe Associated PressFour
men charged in an alleged plot to blow up New
York's Kennedy International Airport appeared in
federal court. The four Muslim men pleaded not
guilty. (Aug. 7)In federal court Thursday---the
plea was *not guilty* from four men who are
charged in an alleged plot to blow up New York's
Kennedy Airport. Prosecutors say the men wanted to
detonate fuel tanks here at the airport.Documents
also show the alleged terrorists had hoped flames
would further spread through fuel lines that run
underground ---into nearby neighborhoods ---
killing families and children. An indictment
unsealed last June said the men hoped to cause
damage even worse than the 9/11 attacks.SOT FROM

| Food Court Musical |
 |
From http://www.ImprovEverywhere.com, 16 agents
create a spontaneous musical in a food court in a
Los Angeles mall. Using wireless microphones and
the mall's PA system, both their voices and the
music was amplified throughout the food court.
All cameras were hidden behind two-way mirrors and
other concealed structures.
This is one of over 70 different missions Improv
Everywhere has executed over the past six years in
New York City. Others include Frozen Grand
Central, the Best Buy uniform prank, and the
famous U2 Rooftop Hoax, to name a few. Visit the
website to see tons of photos and video of all of
our work, including behind the scenes information
on how this video was made.

federal appeals court has thrown out a $550,000
fine against CBS for the 2004 Super Bowl halftime
show that ended with Janet Jackson's breast-baring
"wardrobe malfunction." (July 21)One of the most
talked-about moments in television has finally
been resolved. A federal court threw out a
five-hundred and fifty thousand dollar fine
against CBS for Janet Jackson's controversial
"wardrobe malfunction." During the 2004 Superbowl
halftime performance, Justin Timberlake ripped
Jackson's bustier, revealing her breast. The court
ruled the Federal Communications Commission "acted
arbitrarily and capriciously" in issuing the fine
for the fleeting image of nudity.Over 90 million
viewers tuned in to the performance and the
incident spurred an immediate crackdown and debate
about indecency on television. Diane Kepley, the
