In 1999 an important document was published in
France entitled, UFOs and Defense: What must we be
prepared for? ("Les Ovni Et La Defense: A quoi
doit-on se préparer?"). This ninety-page report
is the result of an in-depth study of UFOs,
covering many aspects of the subject, especially
questions of national defense. The study was
carried out over several years by an independent
group of former "auditors" at the Institute of
Advanced Studies for National Defense, or IHEDN,
and by qualified experts from various fields.
Before its public release, it has been sent to
French President Jacques Chirac and to Prime
Minister Lionel Jospin. The report is prefaced by
General Bernard Norlain of the Air Force, former
Director of IHEDN, and it begins with a preamble
by André Lebeau, former President of the National
Center for Space Studies (Centre National
D'études Spatiales), or CNES, the French
equivalent of NASA. The group itself, collective
author of the report, is an association of
experts, many of whom are or have been auditors of
IHEDN, and it is presided over by General Denis
Letty of the Air Force, former auditor (FA) of
IHEDN.

was said that crop was manmade in field and now it

Les agroglyphes ( terme anglophone : crop
circles), sorte de représentation schématique,
généralement de type géométrique, figurant
leurs emplacements un peu partout dans le monde
dans les champs de culture céréalière, tels que
: Angleterre, États-Unis, France, Canada,
Australie, etc.
Leur forme et leur taille sont variables. Allant
de la simple représentation graphique, tel un
cercle, jusqu'à plusieurs compositions d'ordre
plus élaborées sur le plan de leur schéma.
Mesurant quelques mètres à plusieurs centaines
de mètres. Ils ont fait leurs apparitions, pour
la plupart, vers les années 1960 et peut-être
même bien en deçà de cette époque*.
*Sur ce que l'on en sait en ce moment et qui peut
être modifié tout dépendant des futures
archives collectées.
Parmi ces cercles de culture, certains d'eux
demeurent incompris. Cependant, un fait réside,
il y existe et cela est connu, des groupes
d'artisans ("circle makers") qui en font la
création. Ceux-ci demeurent donc des
canulars/hoax au sens littérale et font partie de
la catégorie de faux crop circles ; ceux qui
comme étant résolus.
D'un autre côté, ceci n'explique pas au complet
la vaste étendue de ce phénomène. Qui semble
devenu, au fil des ans, de plus en plus complexe
sur le plan schématique et ce, depuis les années
charnières de 1990. Quelques-uns, parmi eux,
demeurent donc aujourd'hui des énigmes à
résoudre.
Aussi, on remarque l'apparition de plusieurs
tentatives d'explications et d'hypothèses qui ont
tenté, du moins par des approches divergentes, de
les résoudre.
Parmi elles, certains partisans ont essayé
d'expliquer leur existence comme étant le produit
d'artéfacts humains. L'un, par le nombre
croissant de performances artistiques réalisées
par des artisans en la matière (voir sur le net
il y existe plusieurs liens WEB à cet effet). Et
de l'autre, qu'ils peuvent être le fruit d'une
technologie militaire de pointe qui demeure
inconnue et secrète chez la plupart des citoyens.
Une autre forme de tentative de résolution
réside, celle-ci serait d'ordre
naturel/climatologique. De cette façon, les
agroglyphes seraient façonnés par certains
phénomènes de la nature qui échapperaient, pour
l'instant, à notre compréhension, tels que :
tourbillons de vent, éclairs en boule, vortex de
plasma, etc.
Dans une toute autre approche, quelques-uns
perçoivent en leur origine une activité trop
complexe pour être fabriquée par la main de
l'homme et ou par la nature. Ceux-ci pensent en
effet que les cercles de récolte seraient
fabriqués par une intelligence autre qui soit
d'origine extraterrestre. Laissant ainsi
peut-être sur leur passage un message aux
humains.

These are the latest visible crop circles in
Google Earth as of March 2008.
Each one has the name of the closest town. Typing
them into the FlyTo box in GE will get you there
and then ill leave some of the fun for you to find
them from there.
EDIT: At :58 the town is spelled wrong. Its
suppose to be South Harting. I spelled it with a
"d". Sorry.

The man made crop circles are mostly headed by
David Rockefeller, and this is less than 10
percent of the circles made. There are many
reasons for crop circles, but most importantly
they can be engineered to help balance the earth
grid through the heart chakra.
There are many many arguments for and against the
purpose of the crop circles. When a crop circle is
made, ley lines are created which connect the
circle to existing vortices and lines. This
happens whether they are man made or not. It is
the same as placing a pin into an accupuncture
point to heal the human body.
The pattern of a crop circle contains templates of
concious information which is programed by the
makers, again whether man made or not.
A crop circle could be made and programed for a
negative purpose or a positive purpose and can be
changed to a certain extent once created. The
vortex in the centre of the circle moves energy in
one of two directions, down into the Earth Grid or
up and out into the surrounding Earth Grids. The
directions are neither positive nor negative in
motion, it is about taking energy away or bringing
energy down.
ALL crop circles are embedded with a six pointed
star whether visible or not. This six pointed star
is the ORIGINAL sign of the Scalar Solitron Vortex
Wave and is shown with the Swastika inside it. The
swastika shows the spin of the energy, clockwise
moves upwards and counter clockwise moves
downwards. Hitler used this to gain his power. The
swastika is not evil, it was the persons using it
which used it for evil purposes.
Crop circles are also embeded with a five pointed
star. Many people claim this is to sumon demons
thus making all crop circles bad. Again it is the
persons using it which make it this way. The crop
circles you see in the fields contain embeded five
pointed stars which can be clearly seen when the
crop circle is spun very fast. This represents the
five elements; earth, water, fire, wind and the
ether.
When the Illuminati practise their most demonic
satanic rituals in private, they will draw these
star grids on the floor and use the elements to
change the energy to allow them to summon demons.
We can help balance the grid by sending LOVE FROM
INSIDE OUR HEARTS to these crop circles and
vortices. This includes the demonic ones i.e. war

The Department of Energy is readying the Nevada
Test Site for a large-scale, open-air, high
explosive detonation on a tunnel complex. The
Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the DOE
customer which is conducting the test, is
stressing that the test is not a nuclear blast and
the Russian government reportedly has been
notified to avoid misunderstanding about the
event. "The test is aimed at determining how well
a massive conventional bomb would perform against
fortified underground targets," the Washington
Post reported on March 31st.
