| CSA - 1955 Belair Sedan |
 |
Here is a car that reminds me of the movie
American Graffiti with Harrison Ford. He drove a
car that was very similar except it was black.
This nostalgic 55 2 dr. sedan has a ZZ-4 crate
engine, Muncie 4 speed with a Hurst competition
shifter, 9" Ford rear with 4:11 gears chromed
rear. Chromed 3 link adjustable traction bars,
with pan hard bar! Adjustable ride air shocks
with 3 settings for height drive shaft loop,
scatter shield w/lower control cross brace in
chrome. Street Demon carb., Edelbrock Performer
alum intake, HEI ignition. Chrome Hooker headers
that drop down through the front fender well areas
and run down both sides of the car. 12" dual mini
mufflers w/chrome cut @ a 45 degree angle in front
of the back tires gives this car a high horse
power tuned sound that one can hear while shifting
through the gears. Chromed upper and lower
control arms, chromed power steering pump, power
disc front brakes, vintage air, orig. style
radiator, 2 fans, a 6 blade and an electric fan,
for extra cooling. Billet alum over flow tank,
Billet arm hood scoop snorkel looks tastefully
done and period correct w/molded 1" contoured lip
on the top of the hood. Slightly flared in the
rear wheel lip areas, complete full tinted glass,
all new except the back window, re-chromed front
and rear bumpers w/bumper guards, all the
stainless has been restored to show quality.
Front grille, headlights, directional lenses,
front and rear bezels are restored, side chrome
trim is in very good condition. Solid frame and
floors, newer replacement trunk pan. Neon light
on all 4 corners on the underside, purple neon
lights inside the brand new leather interior.
Black w/silver stitching and piping matching
custom fit door panels w/the #55 molded in the
centers. Complete set of seat belts, custom
center arm rest pad for the passengers in the
rear. GM silver bowtie template cut out of the
center rear pkg. tray. Billet alum tilt steering
column, Alpine 4 speaker system w/CD player. Sun
Pro tach II mounted on the dash. Aftermarket oil
and temp. gauges under the dash, new headliner,
carpet, color keyed custom made matching floor
mats w/silver piping. The interior was completely
restored inn the last couple years. It actually
has that new leather smell. The trunk area is
finished in the same scheme, with the bowtie
pattern stitched in the rear filler panel.
Battery is located in the trunk w/a quick
disconnect. @ words describing this car "flashy
and Fast!" The car has older paint and is showing
a couple of bubbles here and there. Not in the
lower rear quarters, but in the rocker and rear
dog leg areas on both sides. Period correct
center line alum wheels 15" in the rear
w/P265/50R15", 14" up front w/P215/70R14". Cooper
black wall radials. Tags : 1955 Chevrolet Belair Sedan |

| What is CSA and why does it matter? |
 |
A CSA, (for Community Supported Agriculture) is a
way for the food buying public to create a
relationship with a farm and to receive a weekly
basket of produce. By making a financial
commitment to a farm, people become "members" (or
"shareholders," or "subscribers") of the CSA. Most
CSA farmers prefer that members pay for the season
up-front, but some farmers will accept weekly or
monthly payments. Some CSAs also require that
members work a small number of hours on the farm
during the growing season.
A CSA season typically runs from late spring
through early fall. The number of CSAs in the
United States was estimated at 50 in 1990, and has
since grown to over 1000.
Many farms offer produce subscriptions, where
buyers receive a weekly or monthly basket of
produce, flowers, fruits, eggs, milk, coffee, or
any sort of different farm products.

your area, visit:

This is another way to buy what you need, and
still are unable to grow yourself, without giving
money to the corporate coffers and instead
supporting real people working to make a
difference in your local community. Kill the NWO
financially. Tags : community supported agriculture food shortage recession garden solutions organic CSA vegetables NWO local bankers |
