flyers as everyone usually can do on the walls in
the street. The idea is to keep the materiality of
wall posting using the normal café's stuff but
also improve the visibility of the announces.

| The Flyer Song - A Tribute to the Troops and Their Families |

My friend Kip has an email pen pal named Captain
Scott Berg, who just happens to be Second In
Command of the John C. Stennis Carrier Strike
Group. Two months ago, Kip sent him an mp3 of my
song "The Flyer Song"; thinking he might identify
with some of the sentiments in the lyrics.
Captain Berg liked the song and my simple
recording of it enough to play it for his air wing
and to, based on their positive reaction,
commission a video of the song. So the media
department of the "Stennis" and a very talented
man named MC3 E. Jayce Fabrizio made a beautiful
and moving video using their footage from the ship
(some stock and some shot just for the video).
These guys are currently somewhere in the Persian
Gulf and are risking their lives for us and our
freedom everyday. With this video I'd like to pay
tribute to them and to all our troops -- here,
there and everywhere: I thank you for all you do
and I will pray for your safety always.
I'd also like to thank the families of the troops
- for their undeniable gift of time...precious
time away from their loved ones on our behalf.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

| Experimental Homebuilt Aircraft. First Flight. Avid Flyer |

With interior cameras, this MY FIRST FLIGHT in an
airplane I built in my backyard. It took me 2
years to build the airplane and WOW, what a thrill
it was to fly it the first time. I do some
taxi-test on tarmac and grass to get the feel of
the airplane and then I blast off.
As I was flying, I was too busy too busy watching
engine gauges, listening to engine noises to smile
for the camera.
I gotta land this tiny thing here in a minute, and
I've never flown an airplane with a stick! Earlier
in the week, I had gone up with a CFI and got my
tailwheel endorsement in a Maule.
I had two pinhole cameras mounted in the airplane
to record the flight.
The "fun stuff" starts about 80 seconds into the
video, so don't "change channels" in the first 10
seconds or so.
Landing this tiny tail-wheel airplane was like
dropping out of the sky with a fork-lift onto a
runway at 70 mph. It stalled at just below 70.
Having s hybrid speedwing, I didn't have the
luxury of doing a slow landing.
Is was a real rascal to land and steer from the
rear.
I hope you enjoy this entertaining ride. As soon
as I landed, I shouted "BOY HOWDY" as if I just
finished riding a wild bull in a rodeo.
And now, I am building my second airplane, an open
cockpit Pietenpol... (Am I an idiot or what? Oh
well, it keeps me off the streets... ;)

FLYER ft Imaani (of Incognito) - Sretna
Zagrebačka grupa Flyer snimila je spot za svoj
treći singl sa aktualnog albuma "Iluzija", pod
nazivom "SRETNA". Riječ je o skladbi u kojoj je
grupa Flyer ugostila britansku pjevačicu Imaani
(Incognito), koja je svojim izvanrednim vokalnim
sposobnostima na jedan poseban način obojila
cijelu skladbu i odlično se uklopila uz boju
glasa vokalne solistice grupe Flyer, Petre Geber.
Produkcija pjesme napravljena je u Londonu, a
režiju spota potpisuje Vanja Vascarac. Radnja
spota smještena je u 50-te godine, a zbog
vizualne scenografije Petra tijekom cijelog spota
interpretira poruku pjesme, a to je da bude
"SRETNA".
Autor glazbe i stihova je Mario Kovač, dok
produkciju pjesme potpisuje Samir Kadribašić,
koji je ujedno i producent cijelog albuma grupe
Flyer. Ovaj spot označio je i početak suradnje
između grupe Flyer i tvrtke PEPSI, s kojom je
potpisan sponzorski ugovor za 2008. godinu, pa će
tako PEPSI sudjelovati u stvaranju novih pjesama i
novih spotova popularne zagrebačke skupine. Za
frizure u spotu pobrinula se Ivana Marušić
(She), za styling Marko Plukavec, dok je
vizažistica Bianka Žugelj napravila odličan i
prepoznatljiv make up, kao i na coveru albuma
"Iluzija".
Pjevačica Imaani ostvarila je brojne suradnje sa
svjetski poznatim divama kao što su Jocelyn
Brown, Chaka Khan, a 1998. godine nastupila je na
Eurosongu u Birminghamu gdje je predstavljala
Veliku Britaniju i osvojila visoko drugo mjesto sa
skladbom "Where are you?". Album "Iluzija"
objavljen je pod etiketom Croatia Recordsa u
svibnju ove godine, a snimanje se odvijalo na
dvije lokacije. HEADONEAST STUDIO I PRODUKCIJA,
Zagreb i EASY ACCESS ORCHESTRA STUDIO, London.
