Americans for Legal Immigration PAC ALIPAC founder
William Gheen challenges Francisco Hernandez over
the San Francisco sanctuary policies and the Bush
administration's failures to secure our borders
and enforce immigration laws.
Francisco Hernandez is not just an immigration
attorney as described on Fox News. He is also a
part of the John McCain Presidential campaign, as
is his brother Juan Hernandez. Francisco Hernandez
is a personal friend of George Bush and Mexican
President Vicente Fox.
These failures on the city and federal level
resulted in the deaths of Mr. Bologna and his two
sons.
Danielle Bologna is now a grieving widow and her
family was taken from her by an MS-13 Mara
Salvatrucha gang member and illegal alien named
Edwin Ramos.
Edwin Ramos has many prior felonies but the city
policies of San Francisco prevented Ramos from
being turned over to immigration authorities.
A few months before the slayings, Edwin Ramos was
arrested on a gun charge and it is a felony for an
illegal alien to possess a fire arm. ICE
Immigration and Customs Enforcement, under Michael
Chertoff and George Bush refused to deport Edwin
Ramos.
Thousands of Americans are being murdered by
illegal aliens each year because the Sanctuary,
Federal Government, and some states that refuse to
enforce our existing immigration laws, despite the
fact that over 80% of Americans want more
enforcement.

Michelle Malkin and William Gheen join Neil Cavuto
on Fox News to discuss the arrest of two
immigrants suspected of arson in California during
the historic fires.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE has a hold
the prisoner Gorgonio Nava who was arrested for
setting fires in Vista, CA. Nava has prior drug
charges and is either an illegal alien or a case
of revoked visa.
MALKIN Points out "San Diego is a Sanctuary City"
ICE Claims that another suspect, Catalino Pineda
was in the country LEGALLY, however questions are
being raised why Pineda's legal status was not
revoked when he was convicted for prior crimes.
Illegal Alien campfires have caused many forest
fires and the Washington Times reports that the
Drug and Alien smugglers are intentionally setting
fires on the border in Arizona.
ALIPAC wants investigators to determine if there
are any connections between smuggler fires,
illegal aliens, failures of Immigration and
Customs Enforcement, and the current disaster in
California.
When the Border Patrol had to abandon the crossing
point East of San Diego, illegal aliens cut the
chains and a large group of illegals rushed into
the US.

patriotic citizens in Hazleton, PA for a rally to
support Mayor Lou Barletta who is being sued by
the ACLU for trying to enforce immigration laws in
his city by punishing employers and landlords
according to our Federal immigration law.
Outrageous that ANY Americans would not support
that!
Hazleton is a historic city because over 200
American cities and towns have followed their lead
by passing or attempting to pass immigration
enforcement legislation.
