Displayed by Sunmore Corporation at the 2008 New
Environment Exhibition, the Bramidan HDX 50 is a
heavy duty bale press used for compacting large
quantities of waste.
This is a manual input, manual binding type
machine that can produce up to 9 bales that are
about 1m3 in size per day when the machine is
operated for 8 hours. The machine is mainly used
to reduce transportation costs and is effective at
compressing and reducing the volume of bulky
materials, particularly plastic, paper, cardboard,
cloth, and fabric scraps.
Featuring double scissor cylinders which are used
to compress the waste, the machine can output a
high press force with a low overall height.
Truthfully, there is no major difference between
this machine and conventional products other than
its remarkable strength of 50 tons for a manual
type machine. In comparison, most conventional
machines are small, 10-ton class machines, and
because of this machine's powerful strength, it
can handle heavier bales. I think this is the
major point of this machine.
The machine can reduce the volume of waste
materials by up to 90%, therefore reducing waste
transport and disposal costs. Tags : DigInfo Bramidan HDX 50 Sunmore New Environmental Exhibition |
