Heath Ledger's Death ClosedThe Associated
PressFederal prosecutors have decided not to
pursue a criminal case into how Heath Ledger
obtained the powerful painkillers that contributed
to his overdose death this year. (Aug. 6)Just
month's before Heath Ledger's blockbuster hit The
Dark Knight was released ---- the actor's death
was ruled an accidental drug overdose....And
now---the AP has learned--federal prosecutors will
not pursue a criminal case into *how* Ledger
obtained the powerful painkillers which
contributed to his death earlier this year. The
decision comes in the wake of recent reports ---
that actress Mary-Kate Olsen was demanding
immunity before answering questions about the
startling death of her close friend.Authorities
say Olsen was the first person called by a
masseuse who found the 28-year-old actor's
lifeless body in his Manhattan
apartment.Government investigators had obtained a
subpoena that could have forced Olsen to speak---
if she continued to hold out. That supaeona is no
longer valid because it was contingent upon
prosecutors pursuing the case.Authorities believe
the painkillers oxycodone and hydrocodone found in
Ledger's system were obtained with phony
prescriptions or other illegal means. However, it
appears that the investigation surrounding
Ledger's January 22nd death --- is now closed.
Ledger died after filming the latest "Batman"
movie. He has earned rave reviews for playing a
maniacal Joker and the film has already taken in
over 400 million dollars. ___ ___, The

| Paranormal Investigation - Villisca Axe Murder House - EVPs |
 |
These are three great EVPs (spirit voices captured
on audio tape) that were recorded during PRISM's
2005 paranormal investigations of the Villisca Axe
Murder House, where eight people were bludgeoned
to death in 1912. In this audio presentation, the
voice of two children can be heard talking. There
were no children present during our investigations
...with that, we ask you to be the judge on what
it is that we recorded at the home.
When listening to the audio, it may help to know
the names and ages of the children that were
murdered in the home - Herman (age 11), Katherine
Moore (age 10), Boyd Moore (age 7), Paul Moore
(age 5), Lena Stillinger (age 11) and Ina
Stillinger (age 8.) Tags : prism paranormal haunted ghost ghosts spirits evp evps |
