نجح عالم تونسي مستشار في
وكالة الفضاء الأميركية
(ناسا) في اختراع منظار
إلكتروني متطور قادر على
التقاط صور الهلال حال
ولادته، ما يؤكد رؤيته ولا
يدع أي مجال للشك أو التضارب.
هذا الخبر الهام تناقلته
وكالات الأنباء والصحف
المحلية والعالمية، ما يعكس
قيمة المشروع العلمية وما
يمثله من اجتهاد عربي إسلامي
في فك طلاسم ظهور هلال
رمضان، وبالتالي قد يفتح
الأبواب على مصراعيها أمام
اتفاق المسلمين وتوحدهم على
الأقل في ثبوت رمضان وحلول
عيد الفطر.
وقد كشف العالم التونسي محمد
الأوسط العياري، وهو مختص في
الهندسة الفضائية، في ندوة
علمية نظمتها جمعية رياضيات
وتطبيقات بمدينة القيروان
(120 كلم جنوب تونس) عن اختراعه
العلمي التاريخي في مجال
الفلك، ويتمثل في اختراع
منظار يعد الأول من نوعه
لرصد الأشهر القمرية،
وسيدخل حيز الاستغلال بعد
سنتين.
وبين الدكتور التونسي، الذي
كان رفقة مجموعة من العلماء
والباحثين في الأنظمة
البصرية والإلكترونية من
عدد من الجنسيات، أن هذا
الاختراع الذي استغرق فيه
قرابة ثلاث سنوات عرض في
ندوة فلكية انعقدت بمدينة
مرسيليا الفرنسية الأسبوع
الماضي، بغرض التعريف به لدى
أهل الخبرة والتثبت منه
والتصديق على قيمته العلمية.
وأكد العياري أنه قد صادق
على المنظار الإلكتروني
الكوني عدد كبير من خبراء
العالم في مجال علم الفلك
والهندسة الفضائية، أثناء
اجتماعهم في الملتقى العلمي
السنوي المنعقد من 23 إلى 28
يونيو/ حزيران الماضي.
وعبر عن اعتقاده بأن يسهم
هذا الاختراع في رفع
الالتباس بشأن رؤية هلال
رمضان وتوحيد المسلمين على
موعد بداية الصيام، وأكد أن
المنظار الإلكتروني سيساعد
مراكز المراقبة في مناطق
مختلفة من العالم على
التقاط صور للهلال حال
بروزه، ما سيؤكد رؤيته ولا
يدع مجالا للتردد.
وتمثل رؤية أهلة الأشهر
القمرية، خاصة أهلة شهر
رمضان وشهر شوال وشهر ذي
الحجة أهمية كبرى عند
مسلمي العالم، لكونها مواسم
دينية ترتبط برؤية الهلال
والاختلاف فيها يتسبب في
تشتيت وحدتهم واختلافهم في
تحديد موعد بدء الصيام
وانتهائه وحلول العيد.
تمويل ذاتي
وقال العياري إن تكلفة
المشروع إجمالا قد تصل إلى
حدود 67 مليون دولار، قبل أن
يدخل المنظار حيز الاستغلال
في غضون 2010، وأكد أن مصادر
التمويل هي شخصية وتأتي من
بعض الأقرباء والأصدقاء،
وقلل من قيمة الإنفاق أمام
أهمية هذا المشروع العملاق.
وأضاف أن المشروع سيخضع
للتجربة لسنتين بداية من
رمضان المقبل، وأنه سيتم
تركيز جهازين لرؤية الهلال
بقدرة العين المجردة واحد
بكندا والثاني بتونس لرصد
مكان ظهور الهلال في الأفق،
ومن ثم التقاط صور للهلال
الجديد وإرسالها إلى مركز
المراقبة لتأكيد رؤيته
والإعلان عن ولادته.
والمنظار، الذي أطلق عليه
تسمية "الشاهد"، مدعوم
بمنظومة متكاملة تحتوي على
برج مراقبة ومحطات رصد مجهزة
بأحدث تقنيات تراسل
المعطيات، ستنشر في عديد
المناطق من العالم، لا سيما
في الدول العربية، في
السنتين المقبلتين بأقصى
تقدير، وذلك لمتابعة تحركات
الهلال مع غروب الشمس وتحديد
موقعه في السماء، ثم إرسال
إشارات ضوئية تتيح لمراكز
المراقبة التثبت من ولادة
الهلال ثم التقاط صور له،
قبل الإعلان عن بروزه.

discrepancy between the reality of the musical
