sorry i'm tired of answering the same questions
over n over.
took me 3 months to get to this level of dancing
6-8 hours a day for 3 months. video was made in
november 2006! i do not do this amout of hours now
though. in total i have been dancing for a year
and 9 months.
i do not have any dance background, no ballet,
gymnastics ect

i am using a 50mm chrome x-pole which is always on
static. you can buy one at the links above.
For those who wanna leave negative comments - go
waste your time somewhere else, you have to have
an open non judgemental mind to watch this... i am

Many people have asked where I bought my pole, so
here is the answer:
I bought this one from a pole dancing school in
Holland. Its a static pole from strainless steel,
42mm. I also have X-poles, which are fine too
(www.verticaldance.co.uk). Unfortunately, I don't
know good poles or good deals are outside the
Netherlands

My third spin on the tg xpole, gone for a nice
relaxing classical peice this time - i love
watching slowed dancing so that's what i've done
here :)
I am using a 50mm Titanium gold (TG) xpole, you
can pick one up at the links above.
My pole is always on static, I do not have any
previous dance background, i've been asked many
times if i do gymnastics and ballet, the answer is
no.
I'm a totally self taught pole dancer, using
video's from youtube mainly.
I started in aug/sept 2006, so have been dancing
for a year and 9 months now :)
