| Assassins Creed PS3 vs Xbox360 TRUE Comparison |
 |
SPREAD THE WORD!
The GameTrailers comparison of the PS3 version to
the 360 version is wrong! This video proves it! by
just enabling RGB Full Range in Display Settings,
the game will look the same as the 360 version.
Here is the GT Comparison:
http://www.gametrailers.com/player/28006.html
This technique also works on most PS3
mulitplatform games.
e.g.
The Darkness
Oblivion
Beowulf The Game

PAL tv's?
A) I'm sorry but these settings are only work on

I saw a big difference on Assassins Creed, Turok

It mainly shows well on Cross platform titles, but
exclusives it doesn't show as much (like
Uncharted) Since the develoupers have clearly
optermised it for the PS3. Tags : Assassins Creed Graphics PS3 360 Xbox PlayStation Xbox360 TRUE Comparison Game Trailers GameTrailers Ubisoft |

| PS3 Real-time Ray-tracing |
 |
IBM Interactive Ray-tracer (iRT) using three Sony
Playstation3s (PS3) to render a model that is 75x
more complex then those used in today's games.
Ray-tracing is the rendering technique used by the
film industry and is considered to complex for
today's game systems. The code was written using
IBM Cell SDK 2.0 on Linux. The iRT is totally
scalable and only requires one Cell SPE to run.
More PS3s = More SPEs = Higher client frame rates.
All images are at least 720p 4x multi-sampled,
with dynamic light sources, procedurally generated
atmosphere, and dynamic shadows.
Sorry about the bad camera microphone.
