*****Ergänzungen:*****
*anders als hier gezeigt lasse ich mittlerweile
die Nadel die ganze Zeit auf der Spritze. (Nach
dem Refill stecke ich einfach wieder die Kappe auf
die Nadel und lege Spritze+Nadel in den Schrank
zurück.)
* Die Patrone nicht zu spät refillen - am besten
sollte noch etwas Tinte in der Vorratskammer sein!
Ist der Schwamm schon zu ausgetrocknet, saugt er
sich nicht mehr gut mit Tinte voll. Es verbleiben
Luftblasen im Schwamm die den Weg der Tinte
blockieren. Deren Beseitigung ist teilweise nicht
ganz einfach.
* Wenn man eine Bohrmaschine verwendet und nicht
aufpasst, kann der Tintenschwamm sich um den
Bohrer wickeln. Man kann das Nachfüll-Loch aber
auch gut mit einem Handbohrer, einem Nagel, einer
Pinwandnadel, einer Schraube o.ä. in das weiche
Plastik bohren.
* Bei einem streifigen Druckbild
selbstverständlich nicht weiterdrucken! Dies
führt zum Durchbrennen der
verstopften/unterversorgten Düsen.

So sieht ein kompletter Refilldurchgang in der
Praxis bei mir aus. Dauer: 7 Minuten. Vorher
befülle ich noch die Spritzen und entleere sie
später wieder. Ausgewaschen werden sie nicht,
sondern einfach Kappe drauf und weggepackt. Die
Patronenreihenfolge ist so gewählt, dass jede
Patrone möglichst kurz außerhalb des Druckers
ist, und dennoch genug Zeit da ist zur
Schwammsättigung nach dem ersten Auffüllen und
zur späteren Überprüfung, ob keine Tinte

Leider liegt der Weißabgleich etwas daneben, aber
naja...
