| Riz Khan - Somalia, more chaos - 12 June 08 - Part 1 |
 |
Somalia has become the world's foremost "failed
state," with no functioning government, more than
one million refugees, and each street corner run
by a different warlord -- some aligned with the
West, and some not.

peace deal between one small opposition faction
and the Transitional Federal Government, which was
set up in 2004 and controls some parts of Somalia.

in the country's lot. Tags : Al Jazeera English Riz Khan Somalia |
