It's a Tifa/Aeris date scene! Aka: pure fan boy
service.
This vid was made on request and I really, really,
really, really, really didn't mean it to come out
as twisted and wrong as it did!
Also includes a spattering of Barret/Cloud and
Cid/Vincent to keep the fan girls happy ;)
Votings over, the winner has been created - a
Yuffie/Vincent date scene! I'm now making the
second place date scene - Cloud/Sephiroth! It's
going to be most interesting...

Wow. It's done. O.o Vegas hated this WIP so some
of the timing is off, including some Audio at the
end. What took me forever in this video is that
every time I uploaded it in Vegas, my computer
shut off. O.O I was so afraid I'd have to do it
again. But it finally worked. SO yay! enjoy!

later. :) Yesh.
Story: BEWARE LENGTH- AU EXTREME
Years after Zack's Death Tifa can't seem to get
over it, may it be guilt or some deeper trauma.
This manifests itself in the form of night
terrors. Cloud, worried, will wake her, only to
find her more lost to him than in her sleep. She
doesn't know who he is, constantly mistaking him
for his best friend, Zack. Cloud feels lost, but
desperately tries to reach the woman he loves.
Tifa seems lost in another time. She has convinced
herself that Zack is not dead, but merely missing.
She spends all of her time searching for him but
with no avail. Her searches always end at the
church where her own past meets up with her.
Zack's memory is there, constantly sad at the fact
that his love can't move on. He shows her the
memory of his death. When the Shinra troops
attacked, she was the one at his side when he
died. He hopes that by remembering, she can
eventually heal but it merely sends Tifa
unconscious. Cloud takes her back to the house,
where his own insecurities take over. He feels as
if he was the one that died that night and not his
best friend. He feels as if, in Tifa's eyes, he is
turning into Zack. Meanwhile Tifa sleeps, memories
of that night turn into a dream, in which Zack is
reaching for her, but she can't reach back. When
she wakes, she finds Cloud. Recognizing him, she
asks him if he found "him". Cloud tries to tell
Tifa, but she cuts him off, resolute to find Zack
herself. She searches for him again, once again
finding herself in the church. Zack's Memory is
there, but instead of showing her his death again,
he leaves. Tifa falls to the ground heart broken.
As she falls unconscious, Cloud comes. Once again
Tifa wakes, and although she seems to recognize
Cloud at first, it soon changes. Cloud, seemingly
resigned to this, says he's there... Zack's Memory
shines through him breifly, sarrow at the fact
that his death caused so much pain for the ones he
loves, but he knows, it's already over.
(NO HAPPY ENDING FOR YOU!! :( Angst much?)

Once again, I have to remove IE and NA, but that
doesn't make this battle easy. No, this battle is
actually very hard and if you don't have t3h
üb3rZkillZ like me, you will die fast and it will
hurt. Oh yeah, and it requires some luck too, but
that was expected, wasn't it?
The main problem with this battle is to survive
the foot stamp attack. I knew I would almost be
able to survive it, so I thought I could equip
some strong armor to reduce the damage enough, but
then I found out that it was magical. That's a
problem because of the "Magic Defense Glitch",
which is easily one of the most horrible glitches
in the game. An armor's MDef isn't added to the
character's Spirit stat, so if you want higher
magic defense, the armors won't help you at all.
Like I said, horrible glitch.
Thankfully, there are accessories that boost
Spirit. You get the highest boost from the Touph
Ring, which adds a total of 50 points, increasing
Tifa's Spirit from 17 to 67. That oughta do some
difference, eh? Well, yeah, but it's not enough.
There's only one more thing you can do to boost
stats (without materia, that is) and that's using
some Hero Drinks. They increase base Atk, Matk,
Def and Mdef with 30%, up to a total of 100%. To
be able to survive foot stamp, I needed to use
two.
Of course, if you want to use two Hero Drinks, you
kinda want Diamond Weapon not to use foot stamp in
the meantime. That's not all, though. You also
need MBarrier to survive it. So, you have to hope
he uses the fire ball attack three times in a row
(or two if you get a turn before him), which
doesn't seem to happen very often. However, it's
not 100% safe with two Hero Drinks. As you can
see, a foot stamp reduced Tifa's HP to 1 at one
point. Therefore, it is adviced that you use
three.
The first priority is to do something about his
brutal dexterity. I had to turn the battle speed
up enough for him to only get one turn between my
turns in the beginning, but every now and then, he
will get two. That's done by throwing a good old
Spider Web at him. Once all this is done, you can
start tossing Dragon Scales at him. 8 inch cannons
don't work because of his immunity to physical
attacks.
There is one more problem, though. The MBarrier
doesn't last forever. In fact, it only last for
like 7 or 8 turns on this battle speed, so you
have to use new Lunar Curtains several times if
you want to live through the battle. If the
MBarrier doesn't run out just after he attacks,
you need to hope for some luck. I was very lucky
at one point in the battle, when he used the fire
ball attack two times in a row.
